Product Variants - How to find and fix your broken variations?

Find out how you can use the analytics hub to find broken variations quickly and fix them

We use the Product Variant Alarm to get this information!

You can only use this dashboard if you inserted the variation ID (additional Parent ASIN) in your catalog.

Step 1

Go to the Product Variants Alarm Dashboard and check whether you have any broken variations. You can directly see that in the overview. To see which variations are broken you can use the filter: Status=broken.

Step 2

Afterwards you can download the chart and send it directly to the Amazon Support (Ticketing and/or Account Manager)

TIPP:

In the ticketing system you can also request a template to fix the broken variations.
