c. Monitoring your Buy Box

1. Reasons why your ASIN might not be eligible for Sponsored Ads:

Bad Reviews

Amazon places a high value on customer feedback. If your product has too few reviews or predominantly negative reviews, it may not be considered trustworthy enough to be promoted through ads.

Low Inventory

Running ads for products that are out of stock or have erratic stock levels is futile and can negatively impact the customer experience. Amazon prefers to promote items that are reliably available to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lost Buy Box

The Buy Box is the coveted spot on a product detail page that allows customers to add items to their cart directly. If your product isn’t winning the Buy Box, it’s not eligible for Sponsored Products ads. Winning the Buy Box is essential for advertising and increasing sales.

2. What can I do to preserve my ASINs eligibility for Sponsored Ads?

In order to prevent your ASINs from losing their eligibility for sponsored ads, you should monitor your Reviews, Inventory, and Buy Bux. You can do all that with our tool:

a. Monitoring your Reviews

You can find the Review Monitor in the Monitoring Section.

In essence, the Review Monitor dashboard equips you with the tools to proactively manage your online reputation, enhance customer satisfaction, and refine your strategies based on real-time insights into customer feedback. Harness the power of this tool to stay ahead in the competitive landscape of e-commerce.

b. Monitoring your Inventory

To get started, log in to the emax digital tool and navigate to the Inventory Dashboard in your Hub -> Performance -> Inventory Dashboard ➡️ SC / VC . Depending on your account type, you will be directed to either the Seller Central (SC) or Vendor Central (VC) interface.

Monitor the Run Rate regularly, especially for high-demand ASINs, to determine when to reorder stock. This should be part of your routine inventory management process, ideally on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the sales velocity of your products.

c. Monitoring your Buy Box

You can find our Buy Box & Price Monitor in the Home Section or in your Marketi Insights Package.

The Price and Buybox Alarm gives you a weekly update if the price of some of your products have changed. You can directly compare the current price with the recommended retail price (RRP). You can also check which seller is new in the buybox due to this price change.
