Inventory KPIs you need to track

Procurable Product OOS

This figure gives you information on how many times you were OOS out of the total number of glance views you had in the chosen time frame.

Vendor Confirmation Rate

% of units you have actually confirmed out of the POs Amazon has requested. 

Open Purchase Order Quantity

This is the number of open purchases that you have confirmed but are not yet in Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

Receive Fill Rate %

% of the actual received Purchase Orders, out of the confirmed POs.

Vendor Lead Time

The time from when you receive the PO to when the unit actually arrives in the Amazon FC.

You want to keep the number of days as short as possible to avoid losing the buy box due to a lack of inventory. 

Unfilled Customer Ordered Units

Customer orders that have not been shipped yet.

Aged 90+ days Sellable Inventory

The cost for your inventory that is in a sellable condition and at least 90 days old.

Aged 90+ days Sellable Units

Inventory that is in a sellable condition and at least 90 days old.

Unsellable on Hand inventory

Inventory in FCs that is in an unsellable condition 

Unhealthy Inventory

The cost of your excess inventory on the last day of the time frame, based on the forecasted demand.

Unhealthy Units

Excess units of inventory on the last day of the time frame,  based on the forecasted demand.

Unhealthy units can be higher than your inventory level for the selected timeframe. 

This is because unhealthy units also include the forecasted excess units.
