Filter Options

In the Seller Business Summary, you can filter:

  • Currency - here you can choose in which currency you want to view your KPIs
  • Period - you can select the last week or the last month
  • Keyword Marketplace - you can filter whether you want to look only into the keywords of a specific marketplace


1. Reporting Overview: Organic/Paid Sales, Page Views/Conversion Rate

What is it? The Reporting Overview section provides a comprehensive snapshot of your organic and paid sales performance, alongside traffic metrics and conversion rates. It's designed to give you a quick glance at the health of your business.

Key Metrics:

  • Organic Sales: The total sales generated from organic (non-paid) sources.
  • Paid Sales: The total sales generated from paid advertising efforts.
  • Page Views: The volume of visitors on your product detail pages
  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who complete a desired action, such as making a purchase.

2. Winner ASINs and Categories

What is it? The Winner ASINs and Categories section highlights the top-performing ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) and their respective categories. It helps you identify which products and categories are driving the most sales and traction.

Key Components:

  • Top ASINs: The products with the highest sales or best performance metrics.
  • Categories: The product categories to which these top ASINs belong.

1. Advertising

What is it? The Advertising Summary provides an overview of key metrics and budget allocations over time, allowing you to track the performance of your advertising efforts.

Key Metrics:

  • Ad Spend: The total amount spent on advertising campaigns across different marketplaces.
  • Ad Sales: The total sales generated from these advertising campaigns.
  • ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) Development: The trend of ROAS over time, indicating the effectiveness of advertising investments.
  • Total Sales vs. Ad Sales Ratio: The proportion of total sales attributed to advertising efforts.
