How to reauthorize data connections?

Occasionally, the refresh token may expire or need to be renewed. When the refresh token expires, new data cannot be fetched.

To reauthorize, go to the Data Connections section and reauthorize the connection. After doing so, your data will be fetched again.

Below, you can find the step-by-step instructions for reauthorizing each type of data connection:

IMPORTANT: Do not delete a data connection. If the connection is manually disconnected, the data will be deleted after a grace period.

Vendor SP API:

  1. Click on "Reauthorize" and log in with your credentials that have access to the Vendor Central account.
  2. Confirm the authorization, and you’re done.

Seller SP API:

Before you click "reauthorize," make sure you are logged out of all Amazon accounts in the browser you are currently using. Otherwise, you might authorize the Amazon account you are currently logged in to.

If you need to reauthorize multiple accounts, log out of each account after each reauthorization.
