2. Use Alarms to Address Potential Issues
Explore the Strategic Portfolio Matrix
The Strategic Portfolio Matrix visually categorizes your products based on two key metrics:
- Glance Views Percentile: Reflects the product’s visibility on Amazon.
- Conversion Rate Percentile: Measures how effectively visibility translates into sales.
Steps to Use:
- Locate the Strategic Portfolio Matrix on the dashboard.
- Focus on products in these quadrants:
- Top-Right Quadrant: High visibility and high conversion rates—these are your current star products.
- Top-Left Quadrant: High visibility but low conversion rates—these products have untapped potential. Enhance their titles, images, and descriptions to improve conversion.
Use Alarms to Address Potential Issues
The ASIN Focus Table includes alarms that flag products with concerning performance trends, such as:
- Declining Glance Views
- Drops in Conversion Rates
Action Plan:
- Use these alarms to pinpoint areas where immediate improvements can be made to stabilize or boost performance.
