How does Onboarding work for Marketing Cloud?

In a Nutshell 

1. Send a list of your advertising entity IDs to your customer success manager

2. Confirm to Amazon, that you are the owner of these advertising entities

3. Onboarding Session

1. Send the completed template to your customer success manager to start onboarding

Please send an Excel file with:

1. Your advertising entity IDs (PPC)

2. Your DSP agencies CFID and your DSP entity ID

to support@emax-digital.com.

2. Confirm data ownership to Amazon

After we receive the list with the required information, our Amazon Partner Manager will contact you by email and ask you to confirm the data ownership. You just need to reply to the email. Unless you have your own DSP Console, the agency you hired must confirm the approval of the DSP CFID and your DSP entity ID. In this case, please make sure that your agency also confirms the release of the data to Amazon.

We cannot say in advance which particular Amazon employee will contact you. Please keep an eye on your emails here. 
We will inform you additionally as soon as we receive feedback from Amazon. 

3. Schedule an onboarding session

Onboarding includes a face-to-face session with our Amazon experts. After you have completed the previous onboarding steps, you can schedule an appointment with your customer success manager.
