How do I find out if I have broken variations?

This article teaches you how to find and solve your broken variations.

Broken variations are incorrect or inconsistent product listings that can cause confusion or frustration for customers. Broken variations occur when there are errors or inconsistencies in the way product options (such as size, color, style, etc.) are presented. Some common issues include:

  • Incorrectly Grouped Products: Different products are mistakenly grouped together under a single listing, causing confusion about what is actually being sold.
  • Missing or Misleading Variations: Options that should be available (such as different colors or sizes) are missing, mislabeled, or inaccurately described.
  • Price Discrepancies: Different variations of the same product have inconsistent or incorrect pricing, leading to customer confusion and potential dissatisfaction.
  • Image Inconsistencies: Images that do not match the selected product variation, making it difficult for customers to know what they are purchasing.

Example of a broken variation:

White Color broke is not in the same PDP anymore as the other three bears.
