Vendor ASIN Focus - Database

This article will clarify, where data in our ASIN Focus dashboard comes from, and how you can interpret the data you see there.

In our ASIN Focus report, we provide a wide range of metrics that can be attributed to the ASIN level. While most ASIN-level data originates from Amazon Retail Analytics or Advertising, some KPIs combine both sets of metrics, creating a holistic view of your Amazon Vendor/Seller Business.

However, due to advertising attribution complexities, Amazon Retail Analytics data and Sponsored Ads data are not always perfectly aligned.

For example, if a customer interacted with an ad on 30.09.2023 and made a purchase on 13.10.2023, the sale is attributed to 30.09.2023, potentially leading to higher ad sales for September than total sales according to your Amazon Retail Analytics reports.

Please be aware that SpAds data at the ASIN level (ASIN Focus) may differ from SpAds data at the campaign level. These two sets of data do not necessarily align, and their totals may not match. It's crucial to understand this distinction for accurate analysis and decision-making.
